It is also recommended that you drink enough water to ensure that toxins are eliminated effectively. Drink at least 2 liters of water daily and ensure that you have at least 8 hours of sleep every night.
Teenage acne treatment doesn’t include only using acne creams and gel. These products rarely touch the root problem of acne such as hormonal imbalance. By changing your diet and keeping a look out on what you eat, you can drastically reduce your acne and get back your flawless skin.
